Dear Anita, your post of Paris here inspired me a lot, as I am just working on a large embroidery design with Paris as main topic. And I need quite some ideas to go aside from mainstream touristic pictures :-) so I browsed your new topic here and it put me in the mood a lot. It is long since I was in Paris, sigh. My DH is not frankophile, so if I go again, I will have to go alone....
Well - I will certainly look at your Blog next weekend and see what everybody comes up with !

Ah my Sweet,
THIS WILL BE... Une belle fête DANS PARIS!!!
I can hardly wait. I am pondering as we speak, as to WHAT will be my angle...not sure, but any time spent strolling arm in arm with my dear friend will be simply perfect indeed.
ONCE AGAIN my sweetie and I, scoured the green houses and nurseries looking for the perfect little addition to our garden wall. We came out with our hands full, and our smiles WIDE. Three clematises, all white of course, blooming in spring, summer and fall...ahhhh I do LOVE white.
Then we planted up our treasures, and it was off to get some pond goodies as well...a few "elephant ears", some underwater pretties and my favorite of all...4 little tadpoles that will soon be full fledged tree frogs. We were told that if they grew up in our pond they will STAY in our pond and never leave. I can't wait to hear their happy song in the evening while we relax with a cuppa in hand.
And tomorrow will bring more Joy as we finish the plantings.
Oh dear one, may you feel His constant presence, as He whispers softly in your ear, of just how VERY special you are to Him....have a BLESSED Sunday my dear friend.
Love to you my dear, Rosie

Hi again Anita,
I just put your lovely artwork button on my sidebar. Have a beautiful week. Thank you for another inspirational post on my favorite subject.

Yesterday I was at Brimfield's Antique market and I passed by a row of tents selling their wares. When all of a sudden I heard French music playing from one tent. I immediately followed the music and found the most gorgeous things. Then as I turned around I saw Melissa from Nesting on Main and found out that they are friends. They go to Paris and rent an apartment and shop the markets for things to bring back for their shops. sigh. Doesn't that sound dreamy?

Have a beautiful week.

Bonjour ma belle Anita
TAKE ME NOW.... that was a very sweet video. Love that she found her prince after asking for directions. Amazing when you turn the corner as to what is actually there? LOVE PERHAPS? OUI OUI that's it.
I did get to eat some macarons finally. Pink and green ones this time. SO so yummy, and yes you will miss the Montreal adventure : (
Now as for your Paris party, I'm a Montreal girl at heart. I've only been to Paris once with Randy on our honeymoon 23 years ago. I was pregnant for Brittany at he time, so I was feeling so ill. It was drizzling rain when we were there, but I will never forget the sight of the Eiffel tower and eating the BEST croissants on the street corner with a latte. We actually rode the train to Rome while dinning on Nutula, cheese and croissants. I didn't sleep all night because of a major snoring man sitting near us. I wanted to get up and kick him in the shins, but Randy wouldn't let me. We ended in Brugge, which BTW is my most favourite city in the Europe. I would move there in a heart beat. So would Randy. I love the way the city is intertwined with beautiful canals. The ladies were still sitting in the vitrine making chocolates and lace when we were there. AMAZING.
So that brings me to your party... I will have to think about it if you don't mind. OK?
Not to worry though, I'll be coming to visit all your Paris loving friends.
Love You
Love Me

Oh Dear One,
We are ALL so excited to travel with you to Beautiful Paris. I think I know what direction I will go, but I AM A FICKLE GIRL when it comes to anything creative. I become sooo excited about an idea, and then my brain scoots off on another tangent.
Oh Anita dear, did you have a restful day, doing ALL the things you LOVE?
Hoping you will head back to school, refreshed and ready to start the week anew.
I had a laid back day today. We finished popping in the little globe boxwood and a few other little things...then it started to rain. We both looked at each other and grinning, said "shall we check out yet ANOTHER nursery?"...YIPPEE!
Off we go peeking, peering and ogling all that we can find...oh you know what fun this is. But the cherry on top, is the when Bill finds a pond with the funniest goldfish I have ever seen. I sent you a snappy of Albert(Einstein). He has a HUGE brain capacity...giggle.
Will hopefully garden tomorrow, if the sun will shine, and if not, I will do a house clean...GO SUN!
HUGS for a FABULOUS week...love ya, me:)

Yes...off I go..yahooo! I am wishing for a good day...lots to do! Between home life and school my list is growing!

Sometimes I can't believe it is mid May already...what happened? Did I sleep away the beginning of it? I think I was awake! Life goes way too fast...so we have to make the best of it. Wishing you a bright and happy day. xoxoxoxoxxoxoo

You my dear have a great day...and thank you for asking about my back...it has it's good days and bad days like us all! Yesterday not so good but so far today it is happy! And you my dear?

I am off to pick a bundle of lilacs from my bush today and take them into my classroom...well maybe the office as I don't want to hand out any allergy attacks to my students...they have such a strong scent...but my favourite scent in the whole world.

I will pick a bundle for you too my sweet friend....hugs and love.

Your posts just reel me right in!

3 things I know:

1. I went to Norway last summer and didn't get to go to Paris.
2. Next time I go to Norway, I WILL go to Paris!
3. When I go to Paris, why don't we all go at the same time and let mimi be our guide! Sounds just about perfect!! :)

Hello sweet friend! I hope that you are doing well this week and that the weather is playing nice. It is so dreary here but VERY green. :) I wish it were warmer out so I could get out the beach and feel the sand in my toes. I hope that you have a wonderful weekend and are able to enjoy your garden and the sun.
Much love!

Oh Anita, sweet dear friend! I am so in love with Paris and with all the images you've posted. What is it about that city that makes us dream and feel life to its fullest? I started a new job this week and I'm going out of my mind with crazy and overfull schedules, so I feel I've neglected visiting my favorite blog friend (a.k.a "you"). I won't be participating on the linky party just because I won't have time to look for those pics, but I will come on Sunday and will (I'm sure) dream browsing through all the wonderful images. Take care, darling friend.

Ahhh... Hello my dear girl. How was your day? I am sure it was filled with the excited chitter chat that fills those baby birds, knowing that "SUMMER VACATION" is just around the corner. Soon, you will be sitting in your beautiful garden, sipping a little "umbrella drink", while lounging on that cute, red and white striped beach chair. Ahhh... yup this is summer!
Well, the side garden is FINISHED. I do love all the green and white, that are puttin' on a show in that tiny little space. Oh, those gigantic boxwood are now in their permanent homes( Bill said they will NEVER be moved, if I value our marriage... :O and of coarse I said "REALLY honey"?....What if your fickle wife finds a BETTER spot for them?...Ya, I could tell by "the look", they will be there FOREVER more. I shall send you a snappy soon.
A little shop shop tomorrow...and then home to play in the dirt...
Here's to a Fabulous Friday, followed by a weekend of GARDENING BLISS...hugs...R

I'd like to have this turquoise Givenchy bag in one of your pictures above - it so makes the outfit! xox

Sending you more love as you go through your day.
We are so excited to have our Molly coming home on Sat. but that volcano in Iceland may cause her some delays...please pray that all goes well for her...we do not want her stranded in Stockholm! Mr. Volcano needs to cool down a bit.
