Oh its so lovely! The pictures & your inspiring words of nature. My mom had a jacket like the one in the last photo. It reminds me of when we briefly lived in rural Ohio. I just decorated my tree, all hot pink & spring green with gold accents and clear lights. I am amazed with how pretty it actually turned out... wasn't so sure about it when I bought the new balls this year. I've been creating items all day and even made a blog post. Very productive day, but I still have to bath Benz (one of my champion boys) ugh!

Have a lovely week! :)

Oh, my friend, what a lovely reminder of how Christmas is everywhere and the beauty around us truly touches our hearts.

Anita, I updated my blog with my latest news. Ned and I have moved to Winston Salem, although we are back for the holidays. Ned got a job there and well you do what you have to do in life. The nicest part of this adventure is that the kids all moved into our home in Massachusetts. One cooks, one cleans and Ricky has been fixing everything that has been broken over the years, and Mike entertains all of them. He is such a sweetheart, that he wrote me a letter while I was in Winston.

Sarah and Mike are getting married in February, and Ashley and Ricky are expecting their second little boy in February. So, I'll be back often.

Wishing you a beautiful day.

"I want to surrender my crown, for a woodland wreath of peace"......

I was lost today, not knowing why, feeling inside out and frowning for no known reason. It was the mind which was wanting, in desire, and it was making me ill. That Woodland Wreath Of Peace has worked its Natural Magic all the way over to me here, thanks to you and your word-craft, I am peaceful with Nature again, with The Mother again and feeling right side up. I came here to tell you I got my wings today but I got another gift of flight, from a shadowy abyss to soaring up with Mother Nature as your Lady Bardship and her poetry so eloquently reminds.......Nature is always and in all ways the cure, the answer, the balm to ones soul.
" A crown, for a wreath ''. I shall remember. Namaste

Hi Anita,
So good to hear from you. Thanks for stopping by! It sounds like you had a wonderful trip to CA. Welcome back home. It must have been strange to go from such warm temps to snow!!! I wouldn't mind some snow here. Ha!

Merry Christmas to you and the best in 2014!!!

Love,
Heidi

Your post beautifully captures the essence of what makes a house a home - the people, memories, and personal touches that fill it with warmth and love. We believe that home decor should be a reflection of the unique personalities and stories of those who inhabit it, and your post perfectly encapsulates this philosophy. Thank you for inspiring us to create homes that are not only beautiful, but also meaningful and deeply personal.
