  10. Hi Anita,

I love that you did a post on Cathy's book! AMAZING story! I absolutely LOVED it, as you very well know. When I was at Costco today with the boys I told a couple of people that were in the book section and they placed it in their shopping cart. An employee was interested as well! I am just so excited about the book! I wish I could have spent more time there, because I would have sold all of them...hahah...:)

AND...I am super excited to order the summer issue of Scarlet Pink! So cool to think that our friend, Martina will be featured. Yay!!! So cool that you're writing for this magazine.

I'll send you an email soon!

    Love,

  22. Anita, first thank you for choosing Enya today ~ I use to listen devoutly to that magical music. I even put together a lovely free style dressage ( discipline of riding) routine with my horse Scoobie , back in the day ~ it was like riding on air in harmony to this enchanting music. Needless to say it brings back memories.
The images you choose also always touch a place in me that goes deep into my soul. I was once a traveler , a wanderer and the loveliness you choose always takes me traveling back to the remarkable times.
That bedroom I would adore !
You have piqued my interest in the reading you mentioned so I will indeed pursue it , even if I may not have time to sit and read until Fall !
Take care sweet friend ~ and thank you so much for being YOU ~ an inspiring , creative, marvelous soul.

The Scarlet Pink magazine sounds wonderful, Anita. I would love to sit down with a copy of that and read on.

And so the adventure begins......I will be on an adventure this weekend - Jess graduates with her Masters, and I'll tell you all about it when I get home in an e-mail. I know it will be an eventful day.

  40. Oh Anita, I just finished my final day of work for the school year and couldn't wait to stop by and read this post. First, I appreciate your sharing your losses on my blog. I will be thinking of you on Father's Day and sending thoughts for I know it has deep meaning. Your review on a book has huge impact on me so I will look for this story for my summer reading. As an adopted daughter who searched for her birth family, and found them, in my 30's the story already resonates with me. I'm off to read your magazine articles my talented and lovely friend.

There are times that I just grab your words and go!
Where do I take your words?
    ...into my dreams.
    ... to seize the day.
...to lift me when a patient is unkind or needs to be consoled.
i'm back here for a fifth time since this post.
I will be subscribing to Scarlet Pink on Friday!

I wrote to Kelly because of the wrong scaling of the pictures, but i think she doesn't really understand what i'm talking about. I hope that most readers will still like and enjoy it, and that it gets lots of positive response. You have worked so hard on this Anita, and you did a great job with your articles! Cheers to you and to many more fabulous features ahead! xox

  107. Thank you so much, vor all your lovely thoughts, my dearest Anita. Sheila is old and very sick and we have much sorrow with her. But we do the best we can, to make her happy for the rest of her life. Every day with our old girl is such gift for us. She likes to swim in the lake, she loves to eat (like every Lab ;).........but we feel, that she gets sicker every day. She is such al lovely girl and we hope for another wonderful time with her. At the moment she is sleeping in the garden by my husbands side and in the evening when it is not so hot any more, she will take another bath in the lake........everything is so peaceful.......it´s ok.
Hope you have a wonderful sunday, my dear friend...............here it is no cloud in the sky, the birds are singing.....

With love and hugs, Jade & Sheila

  120. Dearest Anita, that's so funny you had to sneeze while reading my comment ;) But a garden in summer is hard to resist and worth a bit of summer flu symptoms. We must enjoy the flowers, as long as they're there - and the green, birdsong, bees, butterflies and sweet and precious pollen! Am sending you some strawberries - i buy them everyday now and eat them with everything! xox

  121. Oh Anita! I have been so low on energy this time. I have loved the turquoise water in this post so much. I love scenes with water because I so respect, nearly fear water that I love to see it's beauty at a distance. I have to hit my bed soon. I get a ride with a friend that lives near me and works near the Huntsman. Every dime counts. So I will be in chemo 4 tomorrow if my count is in the right number. I am so torn, I would love another week to get stronger first but then I would just be placing it all back a week. ooooh hard, but I will do what my doctor requires. This 3 has been HORRIBLE; yeast infection, panic attack, weird meds to help that didn't help and all trying to still be a vital active blogger. ohhhh, life and cancer don't jive. Cancer is a huge inconvenience!!! and frankly CANCER SUCKS! ♥, Renae (now bed)

  123. My dear friend, I am happy to see your comment this evening. Honestly, your words are so comforting and I always feel encouraged knowing if no one else is reading my post, Anita is there for me. Thank you! It has been a busy month here - I have just had my final exam for this semester's Creative Photography program. I did well :) After some time, I will be a certified Creative Photographer... Isn't summer enchanting! I love the slowness of it despite the fact that life is still running. Now, I hope, I will have more time to read. Thank you again for being my blogging friend. Enjoy the summertime.
