The Gentle Days

What happened to them?

The gentle days

when a quiet seat by

a

mute landscape

was enough.

What happened to the gentle days

of soft self-expression

when the hush of the day

was reserved

for you and the

love letter within you?

  1. So beautiful Anita. Love always your choice of music to stir the senses along with your beautiful words to stir our minds and of course the lovely pics to sooth our souls. Love it all.

  2. Truly lovely, dear Anita! Satie's music, your exquisite images, and your poetic words (“... the love letter within you.”)💕 Be still my heart! So grateful that you are creating the Gentle Days. The world needs your passionate voice... 💗

  3. You inspire me to slow down and appreciate all the beauty that I pass by, blindly, in search of "more". The words, photography and music you artistically put together encourage deep sighs and healing meditation. God bless you sweet sister.
    Love,
    Chris

  7. I hope if you find it, my dear, you will let us all know.

I do love my gentle days. You'll find them when you retire. I especially like that music with these images.

  8. Truly lovely dear friend. I miss those days. I'm tired from all the buzz of information and news being shoved in my face. Trying to unplug a little each day and spend my precious time with precious friends such as yourself.
    Love and hugs,

  9. Oh please, when you find out, let me know. I have been wondering the same thing lately, Anita. Your photos are exquisite, especially the lady with the diamond necklace. And the love letter with the soft light of the candle is such a heartwarming photo. I noticed that painting on your Instagram, and the lady with the dark hair reminded me of you. I miss those gentle days, Anita, but we still have some gentle people in the world like yourself, and that gives us all hope.

Such a beautiful post today.....I loved everything about it. : )

  10. Good Afternoon Dear Anita,
Such a healing and nurturing post for the senses. The days we long for have gone, but we are blessed with talented, nurturing and gentle friends like you.
Every detail of this post is like a gentle walk among billowing peach clouds and angels playing their harps.
    Love,
    Jemma

  13. Chère Anita,

Je ne réagis pas souvent, mais je suis néanmoins toujours fidèlement tes belles créations. Je te souhaite la beauté et la joie des jours d'automne dorés

Every time I come back here, my heart is warmed by your images, by the words born in your beautiful mind.
