Just listen.
And if you've already heard it
listen again.
Are you OK?
Do you have a faith
that will help you
sing
"The Keep Going On Song?"
If you don't
that's OK.
Just keep going until
you find it.
Listen quietly to the softness of your
life
pick up the spills
and watch yourself change
into
a new creation that
you never expected you'd be.
It takes faith to even
hope
it takes hope to even
believe
that you are loved
beyond your own understanding.
Keep going.
Beautiful! Very wise. Thanks for sharing. It's great to see you posting again; I enjoy your images and thoughts immensely.
ReplyDeleteThat was so lovely, Anita. I haven't heard the song before. Yes, I have faith, and my faith is strong. The tea cup and the child's dress and those blue flowers! That really is a beautiful photo. Thank you for this comforting post, and reminding me in your gentle way that love and hope and faith are something to hold onto and never let go.
ReplyDeleteYou are loved too beyond your own understanding. : )

ReplyDeleteHello!
ReplyDeleteSo pleased to see that you are still here in the Blogosphere with your beautifully constructed posts.
We have returned after a six year absence which is way too long. However, it is great fun to reconnect with blogging chums whom we have missed very much.
Yes, keep on keeping on. It is what we can do in the face of a pandemic. All will be well.

ReplyDeleteI'm crying and smiling and patting my heart at the same time! Thank you so much for this song, I hope to send a link to my kids. This is so God-sent, your words too. I am thankful for my faith but there are times, like last night, when out of the blue a sadness hits me, a longing for the presence of our children and grandchildren and great-grandchildren that hits hard. I think this song will pop into my mind at those times now. You've given me a gift. God bless you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely, big happy sigh. I don't know which is best, the song or your words, but I'm thinking your words. And of course, every photo you share is exquisite. Thanks for this, Anita.
