You are a therapist to so many of us.
With your words
with your images
with your music
with your beautiful soul
Carol wrote about why she blogs
and that made me think ......
Why do I blog ?
Above all because of the amazing women I have met and who are such an inspiration to me .
I am learning to except I do not have a lot to offer lately and I am in great need of help from others .
And I do not only mean the practical help .... but even more
SPIRITUAL .....
Reading following some blogs means the world to me right now .
I do hope times will change and will have me have to offer that same energy to others someday .
I am so so so happy you are in my life Anita .
I send you the biggest HUG
Such inspiration that touches my heart Anita. I love your posts and your poetry and beautiful images. Thank you for sharing with us and I wish for you many inspirations to fuel your soul. Have a wonderful Sunday.

ReplyDeleteI am so happy to hear you made it back to So-Cal...I hope you had a wonderful time! Absolutely STUNNING as always...I haven't seen any of your art recently, are you focusing on your poetry? Must run over to your Etsy shop and see if I have missed anything, I just saw an artist on Poppytalk that reminded me of your style (she is on Etsy too), d. Sharp...see if you can find her or look at the tour eiffel (paper) that I just pinned on Pinterest under Gifts for her link.

ReplyDeleteSummer's pleasures are almost over. I really didn't do anything special this summer, but I did enjoy all that the season brings - fresh fruit, flowers, and celebrations of birthdays and anniversary. That Royal Tea Room in London sounds delightful. Is there really such a place? I'm glad you got to see your family in So. Cal. Nel will be here next weekend, so we get to spend some special time together. Let's enjoy the summer while we can, shall we?
Love,

Heavenly Anita.. as ever...
ReplyDeleteTime in the garden... reading, thinking.... just being... that is my idea of perfection... xv
Dear Anita
ReplyDeleteI am so glad that you had a beautiful summer and family reunion as those times are so precious. Your words continue to inspire me and I am always in awe. I also read your last post and I was so moved that you could pull beauty out of something so awful. I am so glad that the results were negative and it must have been an agonising, heart-wrenching time for you and Ruben. We live with it all the time as Andrew regularly has to tell patients not good news and it is always heart breaking. I am so happy that the angels were with you and looking after you!
my best wishes and lots of hugs always
Frances

PS ONe day you and I will meet I know it!
Tres bonne ma belle! My summer was not what I thought it would be but we never know what God's plans are for us. But we are blessed for it in the end. So blessed!

Ah, I went back to Ye olde England where I think my heart has a home. I love the countryside so much. Each time I go I refresh my spirit. Something tells me I need to move there...
ReplyDeleteHope you had a marvelous summer... it is almost over, isn't it? Summers always pull in memories of our past.
Family, vacations, sun, water and unhurried thoughts –– that is summer.

ReplyDeleteThis post is remarkable. I love how the photos are all similar in tone and the words are spoken so well with the photos. I don't know what I would do if I came to your post and didn't hear the music with it? Marvelous, young lady, marvelous!!!
Anita,
ReplyDeleteYour State Fair is this week! Are you going to it? I would love to see all the foods they have fried on a stick - how interesting. Me and my husband used to go to the County Fair every year when we were dating. Like Jess, I find them so fun and full of wonder.
Hope your day is blessed.
Love,
~Sheri

But thanks for being eager to see something new at Simple Sequins! I hope your meeting went well and that you are getting more and more prepared for your beginning of this new school year. ReplyDeleteHello Lovely Anita,
ReplyDeleteHoney Bee and I have so enjoyed your visits to the farm this week. We are so pleased you adore horses . Perhaps one day you will find a place that you can go with a group for a lovely ride in the country. Wouldn't that be such fun !
Honey Bee also wanted to let you know she has perfect manners and would never think of biting anyone. She is sweetness through and through.
Have a wonderful weekend our friend !

ReplyDeleteDear Anita,
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE what you have done for the Dutchess for her birthday!
How in the world did you make the little girl run..

Hello Dear Anita,
ReplyDeleteI can't believe summer is almost over! Can you? Pretty post...it sounds like you got to do a lot of the things you were hoping for. So now what is on the horizon for you? Are you going back to teaching full time this Fall?
I so love your visits and I am glad you enjoyed the photos of my boys. Maximus is so precious with Santino and I agree how sweet it is to see them with Rob too. I don't think M quite understands that the baby can't fully interact with him yet. There is just so much that Maximus wants to share with him like his toys and books. Ha!
I hope all is continuing well for you and again, I am so thankful that your test results came back negative!
Love and God's Blessings my Friend!
Heidi
