Anita! Your posts always touch me and this one is just wonderfu and fun! I was born and raised in Kansas so I am loving the images from the Wizard of Oz. After I moved to Arizona and would tell people I was from Kansas the first question they would ask me was, "Do you know Dorothy?" Just for fun I would tell them Yes, because I am the Wicked Witch from the West!!!
CONGRATULATIONS on your Etsy shop! I know it will be a huge success! Have a wonderful weekend.

i do so like that picture of the little band of friends in the forest, you make the most beautiful finds and put them together in such an exquisite way. that's a talent, my friend! but you are not only clever and talented, you are the kindest, sweetest, most generous being. so supportive of your friends. i can't thank you enough for the warm and supportive words you have left on my post. it is such a difficult time and you are right i should stay in touch! i have an awful habit of hiding when things get tough and it really doesn't help too much. Amy is very sick, but she is hanging on in there. i think the prayers are helping.

Dearest Anita, i so love that road covered in yellow petals - and the picture of you both - so precious! Have you anything planned for Haloween this year yet? Here, mostly kids celebrate, but maybe i'll cook some pumpkin soup and invite friends. You are indeed developing your artist side, and it's great to see you making such progress! Will surely get something from your sweet shop. Will you add some Miss Mousie stuff too?

Thank you so much for your kind comment on my paintings - it made me happy that you like that one so much. I still have it - and am selling (almost) all my things, since, when you keep making, you can't put it all on your own walls. This one measures 100 cm x 80 cm - have to look up, how many inches that is, but will, if you're interested.

And - you know what? I've watched "Sabrina" the other evening with my kids - love that film. Have never seen it before, and you put me on to it!
Enjoy your evening sweet friend! xox

G'day Anita. HOW ARE YOU??
I love your latest post and header.
You certainly do have a knack for putting it altogether.
I have had serious trouble trying to leave comments on others blogs :(
So if I may be so cheeky as to do this.... :) if I can.
Below is a comment that I have tried, and tried again to leave on Fee's blogpost with her beautiful giveaway (Chippernelly) with no luck...so... I am posting it here, hopefully,...would you mind passing it on to her please...if you get a chance??? Thanks Anita...♥
~Vicki.

WOW Fee! ...and your going to GIVE them away!!
PLEASE please please count me IN !!!!
I found you thru Anita's Castles Crowns and Cottages....and I will be following you from now on.
As for 'getting into trouble with the LAW' heeheehee...I have been there and done THAT. You see I have created some Art Dolls for my Etsy shop, and one doll, who I have called 'Paige' has a very 'Moulin Rouge' look to her attire...so...in her description blurb, I mentioned that "she hoped to one day perform at the Moulin Rouge."
WELL...the LAWYER for Moulin Rouge (yep...they have paid this man to sus out any naughtiness with 'THEIR' name) quickly stomped on that idea!! Thing is...there ARE LOADS and LOADS of things for sale on Etsy with the tag 'Moulin Rouge'...so I am sure he will have his work cut out for him as he comes down heavy on everyone who dares to use the words 'Moulin Rouge'. Such is life!

Have you heard any more about that?

I haven't been able to work on all my projects in a while. I did start another job, so life has been so busy. I really hope to find that balance so I can do it all. Oh, it is so hard to do it all in this day and age it seems...

It has been one crazy week, but I would do it all over again if I could. It was my birthday a few days ago and i went out of town to a WONDERFUL museum and saw some Van Gogh, Monet, etc... I might do a post with the pictures I took.

I hope you are enjoying your weekend!

I am not yet at the point of coming up with a production, I
am still setting the stage for what I plan to produce ;)

Have you anymore ideas and how soon you want to promote the holiday show? maybe after Thanks giviing would be great giving time for the thanksgiving posts to settle!

Hello Anita!
It seems amazing that another week has gone by...a little too fast! I am excited it is the start of the holidays. Or perhaps it's not exactly, but I like to rush things and have November and December have holiday spirit!
I actually painted a little today! Oh how glorious to have some time to do fun things like that! You are very inspiring that you have put together your Etsy shop. I have wanted to set up mine again, but It takes so much time to get everything set at first and to get inventory that I am happy with. So, thank you for the inspiration to others that you are through starting your shop!
I hope this week went well for you. May you have the most relaxing of weekends!
XOXO
