Anita,
Look at you on the Santa Monica Pier! I just went to the Santa Monica Promenade in November when I visited, and it was all lit up for Christmas. You'll have to tell me all about your visit with your family. Did you have a fun time? I bet it was nice coming home after such a long trip. Your house is so beautiful, and I've always loved the black and white checkered floors.

My wish for you in the new year, my darling Anita, is peace and joy. Love is such a special thing to have, and YOU, MY FRIEND, are gifted with it. When I look at your cheerful smile in this picture, I can't help by smile back.

Love,
~Sheri

Morning sweet Anita! Oh you and your envy of my sparkle jeans. I have a confession to make. When I wear them I am consistently worried when I unconsciously cross my legs in them that I will pop off the sparkles. They are like super glued on and they could easily come off. So I have really limited how much I wear them. They are fancy but not very practical. But you can continue to feel inspired by them if you wish.

This post is very 'you', which I love. Please continue to inspire me, okay? okay. Happy 2014!

:) YES! Lots of almonds and I also love cashews! The fat is SO important for our "mature" skin and hair. Olive oil too! So good for you! The Mediterranean diet is a good one. I don't know how you manage in the cold.. it's so drying. I'm a west coast girl and when it gets in the 20's and 30's here in WA state I'm cold and bundle up as if I'm living in Alaska! I'm heading out to walk my dog on the trail. It's gray and rainy.. so I'll be looking forward to a shower when I get back! Have fun today Anita! xxL
