Holiday Greetings

Dear reader

2018 is coming to a close

but before it does

I'd like to extend my gratitude to those of you

who have stayed with blogging

and with me.

A new journey awaits me

as I seriously consider 

developing a small photography business 

in 2019.

I now have a professional grade camera

that quite honestly, I need to take

through a long series of experiments

until I get it right.

For the time being

I will continue

I Remember

what seemed to be

a wealth

but lonely impression on me.

beautiful life

The sounds 

of the rude world

outside my window

are not lulled

by gossamer moonlight

but the songs of life strike

a beckoning

an invitation

within me to tread and plow

an abandoned path.

An abandoned path

paved in questions

doubts

failures.

But in the faithful silence of 

barren footsteps

I hear  

 

Let's Go Shopping

and gather our treasures
